Full Management

15% of the monthly rent for the term of the lease

Taking up references for prospective tenants

Providing forms for the tenant to sign up for utilities

12.5% of first month's rent. £75 for renewal of lease to an existing tenant

Drawing up and supervising the signing of a legally approved lease agreement

75% of first month's rent. £75 for renewal of lease to an existing tenant
